How do I apply Seprom to shields (basic info)

First of all you need to produce Seprom in SkyLab, after that you transport it (send from SkyLab) to your ship (you must have enough cargo space to accept it). It takes time to transport ore. After ore has arrived on your ship, in your game window click Refining button:

choose Upgrade tab and just drag Seprom (or other ore) to the element you want to upgrade:

● The same way you can upgrade to your lasers, rockets, engines (generators).

● You can upgrade at any time during the game, you don’t need to be at your home base.
