What does NPC mean? (2)

In Dark Orbit and in other games NPC refers to an alien. NPC stands for Non-Player Character and refers to game characters that are not controlled by humans.

npc and ai are esentially the same thing in games, i tend to call them all ai’s then again.. humans are the worst of all ai’s as they build habbits, luckily it can be used against or to aid them in many different ways
